Streamline Management is a boutique bookkeeping firm for owners of professional services and small trades & construction businesses, who hate doing paperwork and doing the books.

We use cloud apps to provide full service, paperless bookkeeping, to help our clients remain compliant, stress less and make informed business decisions.

We’ve been assisting small businesses since 1997, and we’ve seen it all. All kinds of people and all kinds of changes to the business landscape.
Our Australian based team work with businesses all over the country – we love to work with straight shooting trades & construction business and professional service businesses (like us!).

We'll collaborate with your accountant, coach & other experts to help you succeed.

  • Our packages include the tasks you’d expect:
  • GST and BAS – as licenced BAS agents we lodge electronically and take advantage of extended ATO deadlines **** (conditions apply)
  • Support – by phone, email, zoom or in person
  • Data reconciliation – expense & source document capture, prepare sales invoices, bank balance confirmation
  • Payrollregular wage preparation, leave management, super, workers comp, group certificates/STP finalisation (Single Touch Payroll)
  • Accounts receivable – follow up your customers and collect outstanding invoices so you don’t have to be the bad guy.

 

Need more? Our customised packages can also include:

  • Cashflow forecasting – knowing if/when you’ll run out of cash is crucial to sleeping well at night!
  • Reportscustom reports that give you the information you need to run your business including meetings to discuss how your business is tracking.
  • Accounts payable – making sure your bills are paid on time, we can also prepare your electronic banking payments for you.
  • Subbies – review their invoices and insurance to keep you covered
  • EOFYreconcile all accounts inc payroll, work with your accountant so you don’t need to deal with the tedious technical details.
  • App selection & connection – setup Xero, Receiptbank/Dext & help with industry apps so you can run your business on the road. Need a job management tool? Detailed cashflow required? Need detailed timesheets?
  • Email monitoring – managing accounts@yourbiz.com.au. We can chase suppliers for bills, resend customer invoices – so you don’t have to.


Our one-off “Ask Me Anything” session provides small business owners with direct access to a Xero expert for personalised guidance. During this dedicated time, you can ask any “how-to” questions you have about Xero, from basic navigation to more complex transactions. We’ll provide tailored answers relevant to your business and specific queries, helping you increase your confidence and efficiently manage your finances. You’ll also gain valuable insights and practical tips to optimize your Xero experience.

Meet the Streamline Management Team

Monika Stelzner MBA

co-founder and director

Monika is our senior bookkeeper and BAS agent, and is in charge of client budget creation and report generation. She is a management accountant with 25+ years experience in running a small business, and focuses on small business development.
Monika has an MBA specialising in international entrepreneurship and small to medium business management, has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in accounting and communications.

Monika is trying to get to as many fintech conferences as possible.

Nicole Lynch

co-founder and director

Nicole is our senior client wrangler, bookkeeping guru, app lover and professional googler, she has worked closely with countless businesses from differing industries since the late 90s – that’s a life time of experience with small business!
Nicole is our Xero wizard and loves helping small businesses make the switch from clunky desktop to floating in the cloud using connected business apps, she has extensive knowledge of current small business technology that can reduce admin and simplify processes in small business. As the name suggests, she loves streamlining and digitalising businesses.
Nicole is a passionate champion of the power of community.

Nicole is a speaker & showpony and rocks a lot of red!

Katherine

administration manager and bookkeeper

Katherine is a registered BAS agent and has many years experience with various software packages and connected apps. She is our senior document chaser, bank statement wrangler and admin organiser.

Katherine loves long walks along the beach.
