It’s only February, but it feels like ages since the Christmas break when we last recharged our batteries 🔋
and the Easter long weekend is barely on the horizon.
As small business owners we need to recharge our own batteries and carefully dispose of the ones that power our devices (we do have so many these days!) 📱 💻 📷 ⌚️ 🔦 🎧 🕹 🖥 🚗
Returning our old tech as we upgrade is easy, but what about ourselves?
Aussies are entitled to 4 weeks annual leave each year – we must remember to take it!
And we need to encourage our staff to take theirs too.
Not convinced? Leave entitlements are expensive to payout if you let it build up too much. How much would it cost to pay 4, 6 or 8 weeks extra wages to your staff? Have you set aside funds to cover your annual leave liabilities? Not to mention long service leave.
