Have you considered inviting staff to the xero employee portal so they can download their payslips and request leave?
This would keep their pay info out of hackable emails, but still let them access their history whenever they need to.
The XeroMe app only allows your employee to see their own wage info – they cannot access any other data.
We are now using a program called Tanda for easy and paperless employee onboarding.
For your next hire just send us the draft contract (include email and phone number). Your new employee will receive a link from Tanda to fill out the TFN, Super Choice forms and other personal details.
They will also receive the National Employment Standards document and, where appropriate, the Casual Employee Information Statement.
