Dext Approvals – What’s New Wednesday

Receiptbank has recently introduced Approvals!
No need for additional apps to authorise bill payments, its now included in the app you use and love.

This is a powerful new feature designed to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance financial control.
This feature is included as part of your Dext subscription at no additional cost.

How it works:
With Dext’s Approvals feature, you can create custom approval workflows, including multi-level approvals tailored to your needs. Invoices are automatically routed to the right approvers based on criteria like cost category, supplier, or project. To streamline the process, automated reminders and notifications help ensure approvals stay on schedule.

Get started:
For the best experience of Approvals we recommend being on the enhanced version of Dext, you can then set up approval workflows via Business Settings.
If you’re still using the old version of Dext you can access Approvals through My Profile > Approval Settings.
