Are they wanting flexible working conditions?
Perhaps they don’t want to trek into the office 5 days a week and would prefer to work from home 1 or 2 days each week.
When granting flexible options for your team – make sure you are not up for unexpected extra costs. You’ll need to make sure your staff work inside the standard spread of hours or you could be up for overtime/penality rates for late night or weekend catchup work.
