Cloud apps can help you love trees and keep them in the wild.
No need to print out your bills, hole punch, file them and then store the folders for 6 or so years.
Simply forward bills received by email to ReceiptBank/Dext. Paper records can be photographed or scanned and uploaded, then shredded and turned into mulch for the garden or puppy beds.
A digital copy goes to onto the transaction in xero, and the ReceiptBank/Dext will store those documents too – with its excellent search functions to quickly rummage through your historical documents – without ending up dusty and covered in mouse poop.
