What will you no longer accept or do?
We regularly meet small business owners who have been trying to do it all and that’s not why they started their business. We’ve never met anyone who says:
I want to be an architect,
but I’d also like to be a HR manager,
I think I’d be good at admin & accounts – love filing paperwork and paying staff & bills,
I love calling my clients to collect outstanding invoices,
and drafting and pricing contracts – I’m ace at that too.
When it comes to marketing and networking, I always have plenty of time for that.
Running a small business is super easy, there’s nothing to it!
If you’re great at what you do, but say NO MORE to doing all of the rest, we’d love to be part of your support team. You do you, we’ll do the accounts.
