Its time to talk money with your bookkeeper, or get a bookkeeper / BAS agent so you have someone to talk about money with!
Ask your bookkeeper to prepare a cashflow report – there are lots of great apps that can help predict pinch points well into the future. You’ll want something like Float to predict your bank balance day by day.
This month the October IAS is due on 21st and the September BAS is due on 25th. If your sales invoices are all due to be received on the 30th, you might run into trouble.
