A few quick wins for small businesses using apps could be:
– Create quotes and convert them to an invoice when you client accepts to avoid retyping info
– Connect a payment gateway to your sales invoices so you don’t need to manually accept payments (and auto calculate the payment surcharge if you apply one).
– Use timesheets that can be used for both time billing and wages.
– Recharge your out of pocket costs (eg travel expenses or materials) to clients from the expense to avoid double handling and missing out on recouping outlays.
