Bosses and employees exchange cash for labour. And at the same time they also exchange a lot of sensitive data.
How do your new employees safely exchange their personal details with your HR team (you and us)? Not by email – its just not a safe way to transfer TFNs and other identity documents.
We can now collect employee data directly in Xero. Your new employee will receive a link to provide their TFN declaration, Super Choice forms and personal details.
Payslips and leave records can also be accessed from the XeroMe employee portal – they cannot access any other data.
