How do your new employees safely exchange their personal details with your HR team (probably you!)? Please don’t say email, its just not a safe way to transfer TFNs and other identity documents.

For your next hire just send us their email and phone number. Your new employee will receive a link from Tanda to fill out the TFN, Super Choice forms and personal details.
They will also receive the National Employment Standards document, and where appropriate, the Casual Employee Information Statement from you to keep FairWork happy.
Day to day employee info like timesheets, leave and payslips can be accessed from the Xero employee portal. This would keep their pay info out of emails, but still let them access their history whenever they need to. The XeroMe app only allows your employee to see their own wage info – they cannot access any other data.
