Our clients and their teams are most likely going to be enjoying some time off, when it comes time to process wages remember:
full time staff are paid for a normal day,
part time staff are paid as normal – if Friday or Monday are their usual days of work,
casual staff are not paid for Friday or Monday.
What happens if your business is open over the long weekend?
You can request staff to work (you’ll have to be reasonable) and your employees can refuse.
