Safer than what?
Last week an office building collapsed near us, and everything inside was lost. Everyone escaped ok. No human injuries.
One business owner lost 20 years of paper records. So we think internet based apps (as long as you have sensible password & IT procedures in place) are safer than paper or desktop software records.
A mob bankruptcy next door needn’t ruin your business too!
All you need is a new computer (or commandeer someones) and you are back up and running in your local ‘coffice’ (cafe office).
