Umbrella Day

Clouds – they hold rain and data.
The rain kind are great for life, but always have an umbrella on standby.
The data kind are amazing for business life.

What exactly is ‘the cloud’?
Its using the internet to store and access data. That means you don’t need to install a server for your team to share data.
Cloud apps eliminate the need to install software.
Internet banking is a great example of a cloud app – you login from any internet connected device, view transactions, make payments and log out. When the bank rolls out an update you have the latest version next time you login.

We love cloud apps (Xero is our favourite) to share data with our clients, they can create sales invoices to their clients, we can manage payroll, bills, GST and BAS, their accountant can do tax planning and prepare the tax return. All at the same time, with the latest info, it’s all the same version.

We like connecting cloud apps together for seamless data sharing.
Add a payment gateway so your clients can pay right away.
Connect a tool like Receipt Bank for source data management, upload images of bills, expense claims and even invoices from your carbon book!
Integrate Float for up to the minute cashflow forecasting – it automatically updates each time you create a sales invoice or receive a bill for payment based on the due date.
Add a CRM so you can communicate with your clients.
We combine Goveports for tax lodgements with an e-signing capability.
Right up front we create a service proposal for our clients using Practice Ignition – no need for us to type up a long list of services in word, print, sign, scan and send to our clients, which also means they don’t need to print, sign, scan and return to us. We start out in the cloud – we like to think we are the sunshine behind the cloud! (Dad joke!)

If your data cloud is a more like a storm – contact us, we can share our data umbrella!
