Xero Online Accounting Software

We’ve recently discovered Xero, a new online based bookkeeping software that allows us to collaborate with our clients in real time. No more mixed up files! There’s no software to install and automatic daily bank feeds minimise data entry and save you time and money.


Last week our team went to the Xero roadshow, which reminded us of all the cool features of this new online product. Here are just a few that we think you’ll love:
• Clean intuitive interface – Xero is really simple to use for both you – our clients, and us.
• Automated daily bank feeds – saves on data entry and possible input errors. You can see all of your bank balances (from all institutions) on the home screen – no need to log into multiple bank accounts!
• Client, bookkeeper and accountant can collaborate on live data – all at the same time. No need to send the file.
• Customisable home screen – you can view bank, accounts
receivable, and accounts payable balances in a graphical snapshot. You can also add particular account categories you’d like to view regularly.
• Xero regularly update the software to add new functionality at no extra cost to you and no installation required.

• Xero personal is about to become mobile. This means you can update your personal budget as you spend money.
• You can categorise personal transactions so you can tell whether your money is being used for essentials or you’re splashing out on other things.
• Income and expenses are measured and defined in user friendly graphs that show total spending across all accounts.
• They’re are many new add-on partners of Xero that provide customised solutions to suit various business needs. They work like your regular phone apps and integrate seamlessly with Xero.
• Xero will connect directly to the ATO portal making BAS lodgement a piece of cake
