It’s time to start preparing your September BAS
If you’ve decided to DIY your BAS, there are 2 possible due dates:
– 28th October if you lodge using the pinkish paper form
– 12th November if you lodge online in the business portal
Using our BAS agent extension – the due date is 25th November

Using the Tax & BAS agent extension – today is the last day for on time lodgement, don’t risk a late lodgement fine.
If you are unable to pay in full, contact the ATO on 13 72 26 to arrange a payment plan.
If we manage lodgement for you – keep an eye out for the IAS for you to e-sign – its due on Monday 23rd August,
don’t get fined for late lodgement!
You will be able to make a payment arrangement with the ATO after lodgement if you are having cashflow issues
What support is available for my business?
That is a great question – there are a number of support measures available and each one has slightly different eligibility requirements
Did you know the June BAS has 3 different due dates depending on the lodgement method?
Regardless of method – on time lodgement is important – fines can be imposed for late lodgement.
Even if you can’t pay the BAS – you’ll be better off lodging to avoid fines, you can make a payment plan while times are tough.
